In Phase 2, we've seen some significant changes, and a new hierarchy of DPS specs has emerged. S Tier: Fury Warrior, Arms Warrior, Destro Warlock

- Fury Warrior: Fury Warrior tops the DPS charts in Phase 2 thanks to its immense damage output from abilities like Slam and Execute. With strong armor penetration and the ability to dual-wield weapons, Fury shines in both raids and dungeons.

- Arms Warrior: Bringing high sustained damage and utility from Impending Victory, Arms remains an S-tier spec. While its numbers are slightly below Fury, Arms is favored for its tank-shredding abilities and group buffs.

- Destruction Warlock: Becoming even more dominant in Phase 2, Destro locks rain chaos with spells like Shadowburn and Chaos Bolt. Immolate damage also increases significantly, cementing Destro as a top DPS choice. 


A Tier: Survival Hunter, Feral Druid, Enhancement Shaman, Beast Mastery Hunter

- Survival Hunter: With reworked mechanics, Survival rises in Phase 2. Using Ravager's aim, Hunter’s Mark and Serpent Sting delivers very high sustained damage and mana efficiency.

B Tier: Marksmanship Hunter, Fire Mage, Assassination Rogue, Combat Rogue, Ret Paladin, Arcane Mage, Demo Warlock

- Marksmanship Hunter: Marksmanship Hunters offer good damage output but are slightly behind the top-tier specs. They have strong single-target damage and excel in situations where burst damage is required.

C Tier: Ele Shaman, Shadow Priest, Balance Druid, Affliction Warlock

- Elemental Shaman: Elemental Shamans face some challenges in Phase 2 due to their mana dependency. While they have decent damage and utility, they fall behind other specs in terms of overall performance.

- Shadow Priest: Shadow Priests struggle with single-target damage and face mana issues in Phase 2. While they have improvements in PvP, their performance in dungeon raids is not as strong. However, they can still be viable in certain situations.
