Elden Ring 1.09 Best Frost Bleed Build: Level 150 Stats, Weapons, Armor, Talismans, Spells and Tips

This Elden Ring Bleed Frost build after 1.09 comes with the optimal setup, it shows how to create a character with the most powerful Dex, Bleed & Frost build in the newest patch. The main trick to this build is procing Frost and Bleed, when an enemy is frostbitten, their defense is reduced by 20 percent, and with attack power being boosted by bleed and successive hits, we can really break enemies’ health bars and melt them down.

1. Level 150 Stats and Starting Class

Let’s begin with the starting class which is going to be Wretch for this build, for attributes at level 150, we have vigor at 55 and mind at 15, allowing us to use our buffs in one FP bar. Then get the endurance to 24 and 10 strength, the same as in the beginning. The most important stat for this bleed frost build is dexterity, you can make it at 75 and use Millicent’s Prosthesis to raise it to 80.

- Vigor 55

- Mind 15

- Endurance 24

- Strength 10

- Dexterity 75

- Intelligence 15

- Faith 25

- Arcane 10

2. Weapons and Ash of War

The selected weapon for this bleed & frost build in Elden Ring is the Raptor Talons plus 25 with the keen affinity, due to Patch 1.09, claws have been buffed, then to help us with our buffs, you can use a finger seal, and any staff that can be used at 15 intelligence.

- Keen Raptor Talons +25

- Finger Seal +25

- Demi-Human Queen’s Staff + 25

- Ash of War Raptor of the Mists

3. Armor

For the armor, it is recommended to have the White Mask to boost your attack when bleed is in effect, the Raptor’s Black Feathers will increase jump attacks, then have two pieces of the Royal Remains set equipped for some auto danger healing at 18 strength, if you want to poise defense against light enemy attacks, you can switch out to the Bull-Goat arms and greaves.

- Head: White Mask

- Chest: Raptor’s Black Feathers

- Arms: Royal Remains Gauntlets/Bull-Goat Gauntlets

- Legs: Royal Remains Greaves/Bull-Goat Greaves

4. Talismans

In the talisman slots, the first three are kind of undoubtedly here, but for the fourth slot, there are several options that can work well.

- Lord of Blood’s Exultation: pairs with the White Mask to increase attack power when bleed kicks in.

- Millicent’s Prosthesis: gives +5 dexterity and boosts attack with successive hits.

- Rotten Winged Sword Insignia: also boosts attack with successive hits.

- Claw Talisman/Green Turtle Talisman/Godskin Swaddling Cloth: Claw Talisman adds a further boost to jump attacks, Green Turtle Talisman boosts stamina and recovery speed, and Godskin Swaddling Cloth restores health on successive hits.

5. Flask of Wondrous Physick

- Thorny Cracked Tear: boosts attack with successive hits alongside the above two talismans.

- Greenburst Crystal Tear: boosts stamina and recovery.

6. Spells

By casting Fire’s Deadly Sin, we can actually inflict frostbite removing the timed element of the effect and immediately start building it up, thanks to the fire aura removing the frost, this means we can keep applying frostbite as quickly as possible, and it will take more hits to inflict status effects after the first time you've done it, but enemies are dying so quickly.

- Frozen Armament

- Fire’s Deadly Sin

- Golden Vow

7. Build Strategy and Tips

For the combat with the build, Ashen One has some suggestions. Before any fight, buff with three spells and then get Raptors Talons on both hands, but it feels like it only we're using right triggers instead of left, successively hit fast with R1 spams and the charged-up heavy R2 is a unique attack with a follow-up, it feels like a Bloodhound's Finesse jump attacks are being powered up and they feel satisfying with claws, so get the Claw Talisman in to further boost if you want to use them a lot.

The Ash of War Raptor of the Mists is really cool and awesome to counter enemy attacks and inflict great damage, hit the Ash of War as you would like, use a shield against an enemy attack, you will warp into the air, then decide on whether you want to attack with a light or heavy attack. If the enemy is fast, go with the light attack, so you can recover quickly, if you want to inflict optimum damage, go with the heavy attack. Fire’s Deadly Sin will chip away at your health, if you are worried about that, you can swap in the Godskin Swaddling Cloth to heal you for successive hits. When you can’t do the final hit to finish the boss, you may want to try the Viridian Amber Medallion plus 2 in your first playthrough, then in New Game Plus where the boss has more health, use Green Turtle Talisman to recover your stamina.
