Delivery Terms

After receiving and reviewing your payment, we will send your ordered goods to you in-game through face-to-face trade, in-game mail, auction houses, and other secure methods.

1. How To Do Face-To-Face Trade?

We will stipulate a time to trade items to you at a certain location in the game. The estimated trading time is 5 minutes and 1 hour.

2. How To Do In-game Mail?

After we get your game ID, server and other information, we will use the in-game mail system to deliver the item to you. The estimated trading time is 5 minutes to 20 minutes.

3. How To Do Auction House Trade?

You please put a certain in-game item on in-game auction house according to the agreed sellout price, and we will buy the item with the game currency within a certain period of time. The estimated trading time is 5 minutes to 2 hours.

4. How To Refund & Exchange?

- You can feel free to cancel your order and get full refund before delivery

- Refund is not accepted once order completed

- If the products delivered to you is not the one you ordered, you can contact us for exchange or refund, we will handle it for you in 24 hours.
