Diablo 4 Release Endgame Tier List

Diablo 4 Release Endgame Tier List - Best and Worst Endgame Classes in D4

Below is a Diablo 4 endgame tier list by DM: Diablo 4. Overall, if you aim for the best endgame class in D4, Druid and Barb are at a higher level of insanity, while Rogue and Sorcerer seem to be at another level above Necro. But Sorc is arguably the best class in Hardcore, and Rogue will be very good at the start with a decent variety.

1 - Druid (S Tier)

Druid might not be the best class to start Diablo IV, it is going to be an overpowered endgame option. Almost all of the legendary aspects have some kind of synergy together, it also has the most variety in terms of build, so when you get to late-game, you are going to have the most fun. With the Druid, you also have insane survivability and damage at the end game, another advantage about it is a significant amount of CC, not only are you good in parties, but also able to take down enemies. If you're playing as a dual partner, then you can revive somebody in the boss fights whereas otherwise, if you're playing solo, you can die, so having a Druid that's very tanky can also be your reviver. If you're really trying to push through the boss fights or something you're playing on Hardcore, Druid is actually definitely an undervalued class, it is really strong.

2 - Barbarian (S Tier)

Speaking of S-tier endgame class in Diablo 4, Barbarian is another one. Barbarian has a unique class mechanic called Arsenal System, which is going to allow you to have more weapons than any other class, this is important because legendary aspects go on gloves, rings, amulets, and weapons. The offensive aspects are typically what gain you modifiers for damage, so having the potential of having more total modifiers and those legendary aspects will work even when you're not using that type of weapon, because you have four of them, and you swap between them, and you're still getting the legendary aspect modifier, this makes some of the Barb builds even more insane.

3 - Rogue (A Tier)

Rogue is definitely S-tier starting class for the Diablo IV launch, but when you are towards endgame content like level 90 and 100, nightmare dungeons, or legendary D4 gear, Rogue is a little bit squishier, and the damage is going to be a little bit less than some of the other classes in the game. Even though it is not the strongest D4 class in endgame, it is still a very solid option because of how fast you can accelerate from the beginning, a lot of the legendaries are very easy to get. Rogue has a lot of variety in terms of gameplay style, some are definitely better than others, this is not only a fun class to play, but also good for both early and late games, so Rogue is going to be in the A tier.

4 - Sorcerer (A Tier)

Behind the Druid and Barbarian, the Sorceress is also a solid class and even an S-tier character for Hardcore because it has the only built-in Cheat Death mechanic out of any class, which is the Flame Shield Enchantment, if you take fatal damage for that to be a cheat death effect, you become immune. For people who are not playing Hardcore, it is going to be an A-tier class, the Barb or Druid is better at endgame.

5 - Necromancer (B Tier)

Moving on to the next class, Necromancer is not an outstanding class in terms of its in-game performance, such as the damage output and survivability. It might actually end up being quite good in PvP, but PvP is not a huge portion of the game. Necromancer is going to have a hard time being up to the potential of some of these other classes, it is a mid-tier endgame class, so it is in the B tier. Necro thematically is very enjoyable and does have arguably the second or third most variety in terms of build potential, you have the minions, the blood mist, bone spirit, and a lot of different build variants.
