What weapons, armor pieces, and talismans should you use to enhance the build capabilities? Here are some recommended ER items, some of them stacked with others to maximize the build effectiveness.

For your main hand, the weapon is going to be occult Star Fist plus 25, which is a powerful weapon that comes with blood loss buildup, making it effective at applying the bleed status effect on enemies. It also deals physical strike damage by default. The Occult affinity will add arcane scaling and improve your blood loss buildup. Have Ash of War Barbaric Roar for the weapon, it will boost physical attacks by 7.5% and a plus five strength scaling to the Star Fist. For the off-hand, nothing is required. When it comes to the head slot, White Mask probably is the best option, which increases attack power when bleed kicks in, then equip the full Omen set, it offers 82 poise to tank through attacks. Moving on to the talismans pairing with the weapon, Lord of Blood’s Exultation raises attack power by 20%, when bleed kicks in, this stacks with White Mask. Rotten Winged Sword Insignia will increase attack power by 133% with successive hits, then Millicent’s Prosthesis is going to boost attack power by up to 11% and give plus 5 to dexterity. Millicent’s Prosthesis and Rotten Winged Sword Insignia stack with each other. Lastly, Roar Medallion boosts the buff from your Ash of War on Star Fist. In the Flask of Wondrous Physick, you can have the Thorny Cracked Tear to get increased attack power up to 20% with successive hits, which also scales with Rotten Winged Sword Insignia and Millicent’s Prosthesis, and then Greenburst Crystal Tear that raises stamina recovery speed.
