For your main hand, the weapon is going to be occult Star Fist plus 25, which is a powerful weapon that comes with blood loss buildup, making it effective at applying the bleed status effect on enemies. It also deals physical strike damage by default. The Occult affinity will add arcane scaling and improve your blood loss buildup. Have Ash of War Barbaric Roar for the weapon, it will boost physical attacks by 7.5% and a plus five strength scaling to the Star Fist. For the off-hand, nothing is required. Millicent’s Prosthesis and Rotten Winged Sword Insignia stack with each other. Lastly, Roar Medallion boosts the buff from your Ash of War on Star Fist. In the Flask of Wondrous Physick, you can have the Thorny Cracked Tear to get increased attack power up to 20% with successive hits, which also scales with Rotten Winged Sword Insignia and Millicent’s Prosthesis, and then Greenburst Crystal Tear that raises stamina recovery speed.
