Diablo 4 Uber Lilith Drop Loot Table

Echo of Lilith is the final boss of Diablo 4. She is a powerful demon who is determined to destroy Sanctuary. Echo of Lilith has a wide range of attacks, and she can be very difficult to defeat. However, if you are able to defeat her, you will be rewarded with some of the best loot in the game. The following is a list of the items that can drop from Echo of Lilith:

  • The End of the First Mother Achievement

  • Reins of the Bloody Liquid Steed

  • Silence is Hellish achievement

  • The Lilith’s Doom title

  • 2x 925 Item Power Gear for the First Kill

  • Rare resources

  • 50% chance to drop a random Primal Ancient item

Random Legendary Items from First Uber Lilith Kill

The specific legendary gear loot that drops from Echo of Lilith is random. However, it is likely that she will drop a variety of legendary items, including weapons, armor, and accessories. These items will be 925 item power and will have powerful stats and abilities. Here is a list of all the legendary items that have been confirmed to be in the Uber Lilith loot table so far:

  • The Grandfather: A legendary two-handed axe that deals increased damage to enemies with low health.

  • The Furnace: A legendary one-handed sword that deals increased damage to enemies that are on fire.

  • The Gavel of Justice: A legendary two-handed mace that has a chance to stun enemies on hit.

  • The In-Geom: A legendary dagger that increases your attack speed and movement speed after landing a critical hit.

  • The Jekangbord: A legendary polearm that deals increased damage to enemies that are bleeding.

  • The Karlei's Point: A legendary crossbow that has a chance to fire an additional bolt that deals damage to all nearby enemies.

  • The Kridershot: A legendary bow that deals increased damage to enemies that.

While Uber Lilith is the strongest boss in Diablo 4, she doesn't drop many exciting rewards, and you won't receive any additional loot if you have already defeated her once. And the legengdary gear with 925 item power are dropping randomly, so we are hard to say the drop rate for each item.

D4 Uber Duriel Uber Unique Drop Rates

We live in a very different time as far as Diablo 4 goes and especially as far as the whole concept of the rarest items in the game for the 4 and a half months between the game released and the start of season 2, aside from one strange night of exploits being taken advantage of, there was one type of item that had dropped for less than 200 players in the entire Diablo 4 player base of millions. That item type is the Uber Unique - a special item that is supposed to offer extreme power in exchange for the actual drop rate being insanely tiny. In Season 2, however, all of this changed with the addition of the 5 endgame bosses, each of these allows you to target farm-specific uniques with one special bonus that the new level 100 Uber boss. Duriel the king of Maggots has a uniquely High drop rate on Uber uniques. Well-known Diablo streamer Rob has been running endless Durial runs and after days of farming it, he had some relatively concrete statistics to share with us all:

  • Uber Durial on average has a 2% drop rate on Uber Uniques, which means that one out of every 50 Durial that you kill you should have an Uber unique drop. This is obviously boosted significantly in a party as well as that is 2% per player. So in a group of four where you kill Durial, you each have that 2% chance for this to happen. While it is a lot of farming sure it's a lot of kills and a hell of a lot more time just farming these summoning materials themselves, it is extremely achievable for an average player if they actually care about doing it. The thing is that 2% is just an Uber unique drop in general not a specific one of them. In fact, if you want to dive in even further it is 1 in 50 kills on average, just to get one Uber unique.

  • Here are 7 Uber uniques in the game which means on average your odds are 1 in 350 every time you kill Duriel to get one specific Uber Unique, or at least that would be the case if every class could get every Uber which they can't, so there's a bit more to it 4 of the Uber uniques are accessible to every class in the game.

  • Ahavarion is Druid and Sorcerer only so they have 5 possible Uber uniques, joining them is Rogue whose only extra one is Doombringer for 5 total as well, then Barbarian and Necromancer however can get both Doombringer and the Grandfather which brings their pool of Uber uniques in total to 6.

Unique Drop Rate For The Druid:

  • Type 2: 6 Rare Uniques At 400,000

This includes Tempest Roar & Temerity

  • Type 3: 6 Uncommon Uniques At 600,000

Include the Great Staff Of Crone

  • Type 4: 4 Common Uniques At: 800,000

Which Are Also The ONLY Uniques Dropped At W3!

Upon Dropping A Unique Of Those 4 Types, It Always Rolls With In The Type

E.g. Can Be Tempest Roar Or Temerity Or Other 4 Uniques

In other words let's say that you want the Harlequin Crest specifically, your average number of Durial kills to have it drop is 1 in 250 for Druid, Sorcerer, and Rogue; but it is 1 in 300 for Barbarian and Necromancer. While those numbers are a hell of a lot higher than 1 in 50, there's still something that you could set as a long-term goal rather than just farming the hell out of it purposefully right now. Just being aware that 1 in 250 or even 1 in 300 isn't actually insane if we are talking about multiple seasons of gameplay, which means one of these Seasons just will happen.
