Weapons

For weapons of this Elden Ring Frozen build, you'll want the Clayman's Harpoon, and you'll need the Ash of War Ice Spear on there, it adds Frostbite buildup to attacks and increases intelligence scaling, you'll need to set the affinities so that the weapon does cold damage, you can farm the Clayman's Harpoon from Clayman at Uhl Palace Ruins, Siofra River or Ainsel River. To get the Ice Spear, you need to beat the Night's Cavalry boss patrolling near the broken Gate Town Bridge on the eastern landmass.

You also want a light weapon like a Dagger to add the Ash of War Hoarfrost Stomp onto, you can find the Hoarfrost Stomp in the Liurnia of the Lakes, which is located in a small lake east of Caria Manor. Go to the Main Caria Manor Gate Site of Lost Grace and find the only lake, look for glowing footprints of an invisible Teardrop Scarab, follow them and try to attack the moving target, once you successfully hit on the Teardrop Scarab, you can get the Hoarfrost Stomp.

The last one is the Lusat's Glintstone Staff, which requires 10 strength and 52 intelligence, also increases FP consumption when casting spells, but enhances the potency and strength of sorceries. To get Lusat's Glintstone Staff, you need to head over to Sellia, Town of Sorcery, and complete the town's Barrier Puzzle to gain entry to the boss against the Nox Swordstress & Nox Priest, Lusat's Glintstone Staff is inside a chest north of them.

Armors

The only real buff to frost you get from armor is a 10% buffed cold sorcery from the Snow Witch Hat, which is a helm item of the Snow Witch Set, you can get that in a chest on the upper floor of Renna's Rise after progressing through Ranni's questline. Besides the hat, you can wear whatever you want for this build, like Maliketh's Armor, it's decent, light, and looks badass with the Snow Witch Hat.

Talismans

- Spear Talisman: boosts thrusting attacks by 15.

- Radagon Icon Talisman: shortens the time it takes you to cast

- Shard of Alexander: this will boost the power of your weapon skills, and you can get this by finishing the Alexander Warrior Jar questline.

- Graven-Mass Talisman: an eight percent boost to your spells.

Physick Flask

- Cerulean Hidden Tear: 15 seconds of infinite FP

- Intelligence-knot Crystal Tear: boost your intelligence even further

In addition, you also want to go for Godric's Great Rune, it gives all attributes a five-point boost.

Spells

The sorceries are the secret weapon for this build, which adds an extra layer of potency. Firstly you want Rennala's Full Moon which you can get from Rennala's Remembrance after defeating her, then you'll want Freezing Mist, which you can purchase from Preceptor Seluvis for 6,000 Elden Ring Runes. The next one is Glintstone Icecrag and you can get it post-mortem via Seluvis's Bell Bearing. Finally, you'll want Zamor Ice Storm, which is located in the Zamor Ruins in the Mountaintops of the Giants.
