Diablo 4 offers various endgame activities beyond the main story, such as higher difficulty levels, boss fights, dungeons, and multiplayer challenges. Are you looking for the best Diablo 4 endgame classes and builds after patch 1.1 to carry you through the most fiendishly difficult enemies? Today, we make a Diablo 4 1.1 season 1 endgame tier list and rank the best classes for the late game.

Diablo 4 Best Season 1 Endgame Class & Build - D4 1.1 Endgame Tier List

Diablo 4 offers various endgame activities beyond the main story, such as higher difficulty levels, boss fights, dungeons, and multiplayer challenges. A powerful build is essential for effectively tackling and conquering these endgame encounters.  strong endgame build often focuses on maximizing defensive capabilities, such as boosting health, resistances, or providing damage mitigation. This increases your chances of survival, allowing you to withstand tougher encounters and survive deadly attacks. When it comes to the D4 Season 1 endgame tier list, we talk about the class optimized towards the high end. It's pretty much upside down compared to the early game. A lot of classes are going to be overall solid with multiple builds for example Druid in particular.

S Tier

Druid

Druid is actually going to be the overall strongest D4 1.1 endgame class. Because Druid has first of all by far the most builds, they have so many crazy combinations and a lot of them are very powerful. Moreover, Druids have so much crazy end game stuff with their Spirit Boons and legendaries that convert skills into another category. Suddenly you open up more synergies and you can combine them to become super crazy in build. This is what makes Druids the No. 1 best Diablo IV season 1 endgame class because they can just draw power from many different sources at once by converting skills and by making those combinations. On top of this, they are very tanky, they have great defensive passives, they have great defensive skills, and they are just generally all around really powerful. The main downside that Druids have is the relatively low mobility but this will also improve later on depending on the build.

Barbarian (Barb)

Barb is the number two best D4 patch 1.1 endgame class season 1 after they have received some nerfs, for example, the damage reduction about fortified and some of the really powerful legendary aspects. But Barb is still really powerful in that late game because of their insane item scaling. They have more legendary aspects, they have more stats, and they have very powerful effects as well, but maybe slightly behind the Druid. Both these classes are going to be noticeably stronger than the rest in the overall picture. Barb is going to also have the overall D4 season 1 best endgame build in the game which is Whirlwind.

B Tier

Rogue

Rogue is not going to seem very bad especially early on because of the early game progression power it has. But as you progress, the content will get more difficult as you go. With more difficult content comes more value in crowd controls and in defenses. While the ground controls are very good on Rogue, the defenses are not that easily built. So this is the main reason why we think the endgame potential on the Rogue is definitely lower than some of the other classes. The damage is going to be just fine the speed is going to be very good but the defensive side is something that holds the Rogue back. That being said the defense in an RPG is also very much reliant on your capacity to play the game. Rogue is a very reactive class or you just try to toy with the enemies. If you make a mistake, you're going to feel the consequences.

Sorcerer (Sorc)

Sorc is going to be all right, it's going to be an overall solid class with a bit of potential for some potentially busted builds based around the enchantments. In particular Firewall, and Ball Lightning those builds may be meteor as well they could definitely pop off really hard later depending on how well you can make those synergies work or how much you can proc all those enchantments and completely annihilate everything. But outside of those three, we don't have too much hope for the Sock. They're going to be just somewhere in the middle of the pack basically, not too tanky, not too powerful but just fine.

C Tier

Necromancer/Necro

Necro is going to be the overall weakest endgame class for Diablo IV S1. It doesn't really seem like there are a lot of really good builds on Necro. There's Bone Spear which is going to be very good, there might be something like Bone Spirit. But outside of that, we don't really have too much hope of seeing a super good build that Bone Spear cannot simply trump with almost a similar play style.
