In Diablo 4, there are many ways to earn XP, including various dungeons and strongholds. However, not all of them are equally suitable. Reddit user "Drybear" has tested all 130 dungeons and strongholds in Diablo 4 to determine which spot is best for XP farming. To evaluate each dungeon, they compared "the speed, mob density, and the value of time per second spent in that encounter." Drybear has assigned a value for each dungeon and stronghold, indicating how well each facility is suited for targeted XP gathering, both for solo players and groups.

Which Dungeon is the Best in Diablo 4 Season 1?

According to Drybear's table, the dungeon 'Sarat's Lair' is said to be the best for XP farming, as it received 4 points for speed and the highest XP values for solo and group players.

Sarat's Lair is located in the region of 'Scosglen' and features numerous spiders and vampires, as well as the eponymous boss, Sarat. The minimum level of the dungeon is 20.

Which Stronghold is the Best In Diablo Season 1? 

According to Drybear's table, 'Temple of Rot' is the best Stronghold. It has the highest possible speed rating (5 out of 5) and solid scores for solo players and groups. In the 'Temple of Rot,' which is playable from level 35, you will encounter cannibals and flies."
