1. Hit Level 80

Let's talk about how to get fully caught up in just one week using the new gamma mode in RDS so this topic is extra relevant, but the first thing you should do using RDF is to hit Level 80, spam q, and then in between you can spam a high impact AOE Farm since DPS Q's really aren't usually instant, another big tip for rdf leveling is to grab full Buffs like Thorns to shred through the mobs especially if you're a tank.

2. Go To the Auction House

Once you hit 80 it's straight to the auction house to do some shopping because we can pick up some straightforward gear to meet the minimum RDF requirements, those requirements are called average item level, for normal heroics you'll need 180 average item level, then Alpha dungeons are 187 while betas are 200, gamma meanwhile will likely be above 200 but was set to 200 on the PTR, and back at the auction house, normal mode ICC just doesn't have the high item level DPS checks, so we're only going for around 240 average item level on our warrior, that's only about 5200 gear score but it still feels like an acceptable minimum to shoot for.

3. Wintergrasp

In between our shopping trips, we're also going to be hitting winter grasp at all the relevant PVP weekly quests, 238 Furious PVP gear is now available purely With Honor, which means picking up a 238 weapon like a two-handed axe will only take two or three winter grasp games, 238 weapons are a huge jump up for your gear score so you should grab them as quickly as you can, you should also subscribe as quickly as you can since time is running out, you have exactly 4 seconds remaining, well the time ran out on your chance to sub.

4. Wotlk Gearscore

When we do get our gear score high enough, it'll be time to spam out gamma heroics via the random dungeon finder system, every day we plan to pick up the daily heroic quest to make sure we get the two emblems of frost to go with the three from the Bounty Satchel, then we'll just Spam Q for 8 hours straight to replace our PVP gear, at the same time we'll be earning defiler skirt stones to pick up BIS Trinkets and even 245 to weapons, The defiler Scourge stones are exactly like cederal Essence except they drop from every boss instead of just the final boss, they can be turned into the vendor and daller and next to all the other emblem vendors, as for new mechanics, gamma dungeons are no joke, and don't forget to talk to the NPC at the start of every gamma dungeon to pick the relevant buff for your class, there are four Buffs to choose from, there's a shatter armor which is a physical DPS buff then rallying cry gives your crits a chance to cause a 20% haste buff, there's also the confessor's Wrath buff which gives you a stacking damage bonus, whenever you heal, supposedly that's meant to finally give healers a chance to have some fun and do some damage, there's also the thorn style buff which is a must have for your tank and actually trucks the mobs once we've done a bunch of gamma Dungeons and have a good amount of gamma gear.

5. Weekly Raid Quest

We'll also be doing the weekly raid quest for five more emblems of frost and that's where you go out and you kill a raid boss like Sarion, it's really easy and it gets you even closer to that sweet tier 10 gear, then it's finally time to head into ICC for Ashen verdict reputation farming, Ashen verdict is the new rep system in Phase 4 and it's how you get the new 277 item level rings in the new recipes, as for the trash Farm itself, it's where you clear out the first two rooms over and over again each run is about 1,000 rep before you reset.

6. Our Plan

Our plan on every character is to get the Ashen verdict exalted Rings the first week, the two 77 Ilvl rings are Miles better than anything you currently have so many fresh characters can use one to get a huge boost, with all our high item level pieces in every slot and our new two 77 rings it'll be finally time to blast 25man normal modes on our warrior, then the same week if everything goes to plan, we'll be able to clear all the heroics on the druid while working towards a legendary weapon on our warrior.
