Picking the right class can have a big impact on your experience in the challenging world of Lords of the Fallen. This tier list combines analysis from Arceus X and Charlie INTEL to determine the top tiers.

Lords of the Fallen PvE Tier List

This LOTF class tier list is focused on PvE (player vs environment) gameplay and rankings the classes based on their effectiveness against enemies and monsters in the main story and PvE aspects of the game.

S Tier
Dark Crusader: Focuses attributes on high Strength and Endurance, making it very tanky. Starts at a higher level than other classes. Main weapons are Bloody Glory or Sword of Skin & Tooth greatswords, allowing powerful heavy attacks. Early game powerhouse.

Hallowed Knight: Comes equipped with one of the best shields in the game. Attributes are balanced towards melee combat. Medium/heavy armor provides good defense. Longsword weapon allows fast attack combos. Shield helps mitigate damage.

A Tier
Partisan: Well-balanced attributes in Strength, Agility, Endurance and Vitality. Not the hardest hitter but very usable across all situations. Jack of all trades playstyle works well for new players.

Orian Preacher: Highest Radiance attribute allows effective magic abilities. Can deal ranged damage with eagle attacks or use melee weapons infused with magic. Pieta's Sword pairs well for magic damage. Versatile playstyle with magic focus.

B Tier
Blackfeather Ranger: High Agility along with decent Strength, Endurance and Vitality. Can efficiently switch between melee axe and ranged bow combat. Balanced attributes make it easy to use.

Mournstead Infantry: Strong early attributes for Agility, Strength, Endurance and Vitality. Spear weapon is effective at all ranges for melee hits and reach. Attributes support aggressive frontal assault tactics.

C Tier
Pyric Cultist: Highest Inferno makes fire magic attacks powerful. But many early enemies resist fire, requiring more hits. Reliance on one damage type is a liability.

Condemned: Extremely low attributes in all categories and broken starter weapons. High challenge due to weak attributes and gear. Only for very experienced players.

Lords of the Fallen PvP Tier List

This LOTF class tier list is just a theory based on how well each class' traits translates to PvP. Actual matchups can vary a lot based on player skill and builds. Overall damage output, defense and balanced attributes tend to fair best in Lords of the Fallen's competitive multiplayer arena.

S Tier

Dark Crusader: High strength and endurance means this class is exceptionally tanky. It can take a lot of punishment in PvP fights. The heavy hitting greatswords also dish out damage. Hard to kill.

Hallowed Knight: Not quite as hardy as Dark Crusader, but the shield provides crucial protection and its armor still allows surviving combos. Fast longsword keeps opponents locked down.

A Tier

Partisan: Well balanced attributes allow adapting playstyles effectively. Can win through strategy over pure power. Versatile weapon choices too. Difficult to counter.

Udirangr Warwolf: Extremely high strength enables quick kills, but no defense makes it risky. Needs to play aggressively and avoid getting locked in combos. Powerful combo kills.

B Tier

Blackfeather Ranger: Balanced traits make it adaptable with weapons. Ranged bow picks opponents off from safe distances too. Movement weapons provide options.

Exiled Stalker: Very high agility lets it harass foes and dodge attacks fluidly. Dual-wielding pressures opponents. Low health is a weakness.

C Tier

Mournstead Infantry: Solid attributes but spear limits its maneuvering indoors. Predictable charges leave it exposed if blocked.

Orian Preacher: Magic adds tricks but struggles if resisted. Melee's abilities are decent but not sustained against optimized PvP builds.

D Tier

Pyric Cultist: Fire is dodgy to land and risky if resisted. Attributes provide no backup compared to meta PvP builds.

Condemned: Starts with far too many weaknesses to handle aggressive optimized opponents without extensive leveling. High risk.
