Elden Ring Nightmare Immortal Butcher Build - OP Keen Butchering Knife Build
What do you get when you make an OP build Elden Ring that just completely destroys the hardest bosses in the game like it's nothing? The Nightmare build is so powerful that not many dare to even speak about it but everybody that uses it in Elden Ring will break the entire game. The Nightmare is a physical manifestation of humankind's worst anxieties and fears combined together, and how do you kill that which you fear deeply? How can literally anything even stand a chance against this monster in Elden Ring? The Nightmare might very well be one of the the strongest build of all time in Elden Ring (also items). This build is so powerful it stays OP for the duration of your entire playthrough (OP Mid, OP Late Game Build) but also NG+ and everything that comes afterwards.

You get the butcher knife by killing Anastasia the tarnished eater near Mount gilmir right here, Anastasia uses his weapon herself, giving you a glimpse of how badass this weapon is the first time you'll see it, and then you get per less charge in the mountaintops of the Giants area, go to Whiterid raod and kill the scarab, but that is not all, we also need the Goldskin Swaddling Cloth Talisman, this is going to be our most important Talisman, and you can pick the salesman up also in this area right here, now what the Goldskin Swaddling Cloth Talisman does is that it heals you every time you hit your opponents a few times in a row, but with privilege charge you hit your opponent so many times in a row, you will keep rocking the effect of this talisman over and over, so that means with pretty charge we will get the heal of the weapon itself continuously, and then additionally, we will get a lot of Juicy heels with our Talisman, because we hit our opponents so much in succession, you'll also want to run the Millicent's Prosthesis as your second Talisman, as it will proc its final tier of giving you extra damage really quickly, giving us a nice bonus to our damage output, then for the third and fourth Talisman, you'll want to run Erdtree's Favor plus 2 or if you haven't unlocked it yet or three favor plus one and the Dragoncrest Greatshield Talisman, these two will give us a bunch of extra sustaining combat, especially the Dragoncrest Greatshield Talisman will be incredible with his build with all that physical damage negation, extra physical damage negation and sustain synergize as well obviously with the nightmares heal Mechanics.
Flask of Wondrous Physick:
Thorny Cracked Tear
Dexterity-knot Crystal Tear
For the Flask of Wondrous Physick, you'll want to run the Thorny Cracked Tear, for exactly the same reason as the Millicent's Prosthesis Talisman to make our damage output even higher and then finally the Dexterity-knot Crystal Tear race are dexterity, the butchering knife works the best as a dexterity weapon as evidenced by the fact that it gets the highest attack power rating when you infuse it with the Keen Affinity, that's also the reason that we want to get the Millicent's Prosthesis instead of its counterpart, the Rotten Winged Sword Insignia, for that extra plus 5 dexterity, and then we top the extra stats to our dexterity with the Dexterity-knot Crystal Tear.
Combat & Strategy
Now that you know how this build and its setup works, you can destroy a lot of different bosses in the game, with the weapon and pellets charge and the bloodflame blade, you can just broke bleed over and over while having the safety net of you healing yourself and having quite a bunch of sustain with that massive health bar, this is a pretty unorthodox way to play the game, but it's definitely effective, and there's something very cool about just doing things that are very different from the norm in this game every now and then to refresh your experiences, the nightmare provides you exactly that type of experience, the best thing with this build however is your ability to stick onto opponents and just the control you get with this build, as you see, you can chase bosses completely around until you kill them, and we didn't even optimize the build fully with the gear and stuff like you saw before, so there is great potential with this idea, everything that is staggerable in the world of Elden Ring will be a very easy fight for you, as you can just use prelitz charge for the entire fight and kill them without them doing anything about it really, what is also fun to do with the control, you get with this build is that you can knock off a lot of different hard-hitting mobs off certain elevated areas as the ultimate payback, we're not going to lie, this is quite an addicting thing to do with this build whenever you can do so, charge the Butchering knife is a dexterity weapon and thus has a pretty quick moveset, the knife is somehow considered a great axe, but it definitely swings faster than other great axes which is nice, therefore, you definitely want to consider using the actual moveset of the weapon as well, and not just Spam perlet's charge especially with our dexterity and bloodflame Blade the hits of the actual blade will also pack a punch and build up bleed, and this will also be a more methodical and very good way to approach the fights as well.
