1. D4 Season 2 Best Rogue Build - Poison Twisting Blade

Damage over time or dot build will be really strong in Diablo 4 season 2. This is a D4 best Rogue Poison Twisting Blade build for you to have a smooth start for the coming Season of Blood.

Rogue Build Vampiric Power

We start with Accursed Touch to have a chance to apply a vampiric curse based on Lucky hits. With the curse, we can do more damage over time to the enemies and also deal increased damage to vulnerable enemies. The enemies are vulnerable when they're affected by the vampiric curse. Then the Undying looks really strong whenever we're casting a skill that is going to heal 3% of the life, this can be really broken but we will see how this plays out in the new season. Lastly, we will have Ravenous to have a chance to increase our attack speed based on lucky hits and also based on the percentage of the movement speed we have.

Rogue Build Gear

Helmet: We are using an Umbros aspect to get Dark Shroud for free and look for cooldown reduction total armor maximum life and rank to poison imbuement. This going to be increasing our damage a lot.

Armor: We're looking to use the Aspect of Stolen Vigor, this is very important to feel your house whenever you're attacking. Look also for total armor maximum life damage reduction from both distance enemies and close enemies. Damage reduction in general is good on the chest.

Gloves: Look for the rank of Twisting Blade, attack speed, Lucky hit chance, and also critical hit chance. We're using the Aspect of Shared Mystery to spread the crowd control effect to the enemies.

Pants: Definitely look for two stats of damage reductions and then total armor and maximum life.

Boots: Penitent Greaves is a good option to have the multiplier, you can apply it to chill enemies and these boots apply chill automatically to the enemy's surrounder. You can definitely also use a regular boot with energy cost reduction, movement speed, dexterity, and all stats.

Ranged Weapon: We look for all stats, dexterity, core skill damage, and also one of the additive damage buckets that give you the highest number. We're using Accelerating Aspect to increase our attack speed after we use core skill and this is really strong to increase your attack speed and then this can proc the wall with the undying.

Amulet: We look for movement speed, Ranks of Frigid Finesse Passive which gives a lot of damage multiplier when you are chilling enemies using dependent grips, and also look for rank for all imbuement skills to increase the points and damage as well as total armor. We use Aspect of Disobedience to increase your armor while you're attacking.

Ring: Look for critical strike chance, maximum life, lucky hit chance, and damage to the close enemies on both of the rings. For the first ring,  we use Aspect of Bursting Venom. This is really awesome to create a toxic pool dealing points and damage again and again to your enemies which is really good for boss fighting. On the second ring, we use Aspect of the Pestilent Point so this will increase your potent of poison where you're using puncture looking for the same stat on this ring.

Dual-Wield Weapon 1: We're using Bladedancer’s Aspect, this is the iconic aspect for the Twisting Blades build. Get this as early as possible probably around probably when you reach level 25. Look for all stats, dexterity, core skill damage, and also damage to close enemies.

Dual-Wield Weapon 2: We're using this new aspect of Artful Initiative. When you spend 100 energy, this will release a cluster of exploding Stone grenades. We're losing the heart which can do this in season one but this aspect actually brings this back. This will create a stun a lot for the enemies you're dealing with. Also look for all stats, dexterity, core skill damage, and damage to close enemies.

Gems: We use Amethyst on the weapon to increase damage over time and Ruby gems on our armor to increase maximum life and then use Jewelry to increase the resistance or elements and we'll see how necessary this is in the new season.

Rogue Build Vampiric Powers

First, we have Ravenous to increase your attack speed based on your movement speed, that's why it's important to get some movement speed, especially on your boots. Then you have to Pray on the Weak which has increased damage to vulnerable enemies. We won't be using any affix increasing vulnerable damage but we have plenty of synergy with vulnerable, so make sure to not take them on your stats you'll still have some great stuff working with vulnerable, and then you have some damage reduction per life missing, you can also swap this power if you see that you are quite comfortable. But if you like resistance, you can go for resilience. Then we have two very interesting powers. The first is a chance to apply a vampiric curse on enemies. It's important to get this one because we'll synergize it with this power increasing damage over time to enemies affected by a vampiric curse. With this setup, you'll have a great boost to your damage over time and we have a great working synergy with this build.

Pants: We have Aspect of Stolen Vigor, hitting with the key passive and you want damage reduction on Dexterity.

Dual-Wield Weapon 1: We'll also be using this unique weapon Asheara’s Khanjar which will increase your attack speed.

Ring: First one, you want to use Vengeful Aspect to increase critical chance when you make an enemy vulnerable. Use Aspect of Unstable Imbuements when you trigger an explosion or when you use your poison imbuement. For the stats you want poison damage critical strike damage, damage over time, and damage to poison enemies.
