A lot of people have been asking about the best charms in Path of Exile 3.23 Affliction League. So we make a PoE 3.23 charm tier list, and talk about about which ones are the best for prefixes and suffixes.

PoE 3.23 Best Charm - Ranking The Best Charms In Path Of Exile Affliction

Charms are a type of jewel items introduced in Path of Exile 3.19 Expedition League. Charms are equipped in the new charms bar located above the flask belt. Players can socket up to 16 charms at once. Charms provide flat bonuses to various stats like life, mana, defense, offense, etc. These bonuses directly increase character power. Due to being able to socket many at once, charms can provide massive cumulative stat bonuses when fully equipped. If you want to find out the best PoE 3.23 charms in Affliction, keep reading!

PoE 3.23 Charm Tier List for Prefixes

S Tier

  • Hierophant (72)

Mana reservation efficiency is the best prefix by far and it's not even close. This prefix will get you four passive points on the tree. You can unspec 4 points if you get this best PoE 3.23 Affliction charm, you need 12% though. If you can only get 11% or 10%, then you can make up the difference on a jewel. Just get a jewel that has a 2% or 3% mana reservation on it, then you will save 4 passive points. Four passive points will give you on average more damage than anything else because it's pretty easy to get about 3% damage per point. That means you're going to get 12% more damage from having this mod. This is the best Path of Exile 3.23  charm.

A Tier

  • Inquisitor’s (60)

Damage penetrates (5-6)% of enemy elemental resistances. Penetration seems to be the best damage mod of all the prefixes.

  • Assassin’s (60)

+(0.61-1)% critical strike chance while at maximum power chances. Base crit is also very good. This can help you crit cap. It's very strong.

B Tier

  • Saboteur’s (60)

+(16-25)% to critical strike multiple against burning enemies. (31-50)% increased critical strike chance against shocked enemies. Crit multi against burning enemies and crit chance, this one's very strong.

  • Trickster’s (72)

Then non-chaos as extra chaos is also very good. If you get a high chance to proc it, 22%-23%.

C Tier

  • Berserker’s (60)

Adds (8-12) to (18-22) physical damage if you’ve dealt a critical strike recently.

  • Slayer’s (Assassin’s)

Critical strikes have culling strikes. Both of the culling strikes are good since they save you a gem socket and they give you a little quality of life from not having to use it on your totems, but not quite as good as the rest of the stuff on this PoE 3.23 charms ranking.

  • Raider’s (60)

(26-40%) increased effect on onslaught on you. Decent but not as much damage as the other stuff.

  • Deadeye’s (60)

(26-25%) increased effect of your marks.

D Tier

  • Assassin’s (60)

On the bottom of this Path of Exile 3.23 charm tier list that we probably wouldn't really recommend especially for best in slot charms. Crit multi per power charge which is just less crit multi than this Sabotuer’s.

  • Pathfinder’s (81)

The flask effect is not really that great.

  • Raider’s (72)

A frenzy charge-on hit could help your accuracy cap if you take this because then you can change the mark mastery to the accuracy one. So that could be an option.

  • Inquisitor’s (60)

Increased effect of ailments is usable but not great

  • Pathfinder’s (60)

Physical extra is not great, but could be an option for the new Jewel that has one of those mods on it.

PoE 3.23 Charm Tier List for Suffixes

S Tier

  • Of the Champion (70)

  • Of the Assassin (70)

The two best PoE Affliction 3.23 Charm for suffixes cannot be stunned and take no damage from crits while elusive. These are two very powerful. Defensive layers that Frost Blade Stricker didn't have access to before. Being stunned is a big problem and getting one shot by crits is a big problem.

A Tier

  • Of the Champion (72)

The reason we didn’t put Fortify on Hit as an S tier on this Path of Exile 3.23 charm tier list is that you can still get it another place. Fortify is mandatory 100% but you can get it on the chest it is very strong to get on a charm.

  • Of the Assassin (72)

Elusive effect is pretty much the only damage suffix that there is. If you want DPS, get this one.

  • Of the Saboteur (60)

Blind on hit is very strong, you can get blind other places too but getting it here will give you a lot of flexibility for accuracy capping.  Because that's what you use blind for basically late game so that's very strong.

C Tier

  • Of the Berserker (72)

Instant leech is okay.

  • Of the Raider (60)

Suppression will give you some build flexibility so if you can get those on that Jewel that could help you with your build too.

D Tier

  • Of the Slayer (70)

Cannot be stunned while leeching, this one is not as good as while fortified because while fortified will be pretty much 100% uptime. But while leeching will not be 100% uptime, it'll only be up randomly like while you're actively hitting something. But fortify lasts for 6 seconds so that's much stronger.

  • Of the Inquisitor (60)

Strength and intelligence will give you some build flexibility so if you can get those on that Jewel that could help you with your build too.

  • Of the Necromancer (60)

Resistances will give you some build flexibility so if you can get those on that Jewel that could help you with your build too.

  • Of the Raider (60)

Evasion per frenzy charge might do something but there’s no need to get a charm like that.

If you can find good mods on both the prefix and the suffix that's what you should go for.

Guess you ask
