This new D4 Rogue T100 build is busted. You can get yourself a tier 100 done pretty easily. You can't do them insanely quickly but it's quick enough. The most important thing when doing a tier 100 nightmare dungeon is being able to survive all the attacks, this build is getting a ton of survivability, and almost all of the offense is fully built into poison movement.
