In Diablo IV, unique items come in brown color, they are even rarer than legendaries with some amazing affixes and bonuses, so uniques in D4 have a very low drop rate compared to other items.
The best way to farm D4 uniques requires you to hit level 50, complete the campaign, and beat the Capstone to unlock the World Tier 3: Nightmare and above, then you can farm these more consistently. What you need to do is to complete the main story campaign to unlock the Whispers of the Dead Priority Quest, which allows you to get the Tree of Whispers. You need to collect 10 Grim Favors and then claim your reward at the Tree of Whispers. They'll randomly give you Nightmare Sigils, then what you'll do is right-click one of these and it will turn a dungeon into a nightmare dungeon and it'll tell you where it is, you just need to find a special icon on the map and look around to find it. How to Get More Unique and Sacred Items in D4?
There is an easy method that can help you get more unique gear and sacred items while leveling up after you get into World Tier 3 in Diablo 4. The most important thing is to save all of the caches you get for doing any of the side quests, caches are rectangular boxes that you can obtain after completing side quests, they probably contain resources, herbs, gold, gear, or Murmuring Obols.
Make sure to save those caches that give you Murmuring Obols until you get into World Tier 3. Once you unlock the Nightmare tier, you have to beat the main campaign and complete the level 50 Capstone dungeon, so you can go open up those caches and pick up all of the Murmuring Obols, that’s when you are going to want to spend those Obols at the gambling vendor, because you can get unique and sacred items out of the gambling vendor. Even though you will not be able to get every unique D4 item from the vendor, you are still able to get some of the uniques and have a good chance to get sacred versions of your unique and legendary gear.
In summary, what you should do is go to open up all of your side quest caches when you get into World Tier 3 in order to get your farmed Murmuring Obols and spend them at the vendor for more unique and sacred items.
