Fissure of Malice can be found to the south of Nostrava which lies in the west of the Fractured Peaks sub-region of Diablo 4. This is going to be Fissure of Malice, which is the best one to farm currently and it's great for filling up a good portion of these items Brutal Malignant Ichor, Devious Malignant Ichor, Vicious Malignant Ichor, etc. This could be found in your material tab, so as you are farming, make sure to check that frequently to see how far you've progressed in terms of how much you've picked up. What we are going to do is then enter inside the tunnel and we are going to progress forward. Essentially, they're going to be able to freeze you and heal themselves all at once, and this can then give them an open shot at attacking you, healing up and it's kind of annoying, but this is what's going on with these specific ghouls, it's just something to take note of because you may come across it obviously, if you do plan on farming this one or if you have another tunnel in mind that you're going to farm, you can do that.

Resetting the tunnel:

Just complete this, exit out of the dungeon by using the emo wheel or you can just click on the map and leave the dungeon. Then what you're going to do is then exit the game by opening up and leaving the game, and then you're going to the character's selection screen, obviously start the game and this is going to load you back in. What's great about this is that the tunnel is going to be completely reset, they've yet to fix this. Continuing on here, you just want to go back inside the tunnel once you are back in the game and you should see that everything has completely reset.

Glitch Unlimited acknowledges that this reset feature has not been patched yet, making it an efficient method for farming Malignant Hearts and XP. Other tunnels may offer similar opportunities, but the Malice’s Fissure tunnel is currently considered the best option.

Managing malignant hearts:

As players accumulate malignant hearts, Glitch Unlimited suggests periodically reviewing the inventory and crafting a cache using unwanted hearts. This will summon another monster in the tunnel for further farming. However, it is important to ensure that the color of the cache matches the tunnel, as mismatched colors will not work.
