How will the Dragonflight Patch 10.1.5 class changes affect the meta healer specs in the next patch? Now this article will go over a WoW 10.1.5 healer tier list & ranking to determine the best healers for M+ and raids.

WoW 10.1.5 Healer Tier List - Best & Meta Healers in Dragonflight 10.1.5 M+ & Raid

In World of Warcraft Patch 10.1.5, when it comes to class changes, there is mainly one healing spec that gets a huge rework and other healers are getting some small changes in terms of talent improvements or more talent choices. Based on these changes and reworks, let’s take a look at the best healer specs to play in Dragonflight 10.1.5 M+ and Raids.

1. S Tier: Holy Paladin

- Most of the healers or the balance of healers is good, Holy Paladin is getting a sizable rework in Dragonflight 10.1.5, it’ll provide consistent healing and this might be popular in both raid and mythic, it might be finally placed in A tier because a lot of healer specs will be somewhat comparable in the next patch, Holy Paladin is doing quite well and is getting a massive rework, but this does not mean it is going to still stay in S tier, all that matters is how are the changes going to be tuned. There are going to be a lot of combinations that are new to Holy Paladin, which might seem a little bit daunting because you'll need new binds. Holy Paladin still provides a lot of utility and if Holy Paladin still retains the damage that it does and still retains those healing windows with vegan virtual, they're going to be quite strong, his Deliverance is going to provide a lot more continued ceiling because it's looking to be strong in majority forms of content.

2. A Tier: Restoration Shaman, Preservation Evoker, Restoration Druid

- Besides Holy Paladin, all the other healers did not receive a huge amount of changes, but the Shaman class has a lot of hybrid abilities. Restoration Shaman is probably not going to change much, your healing has been increased so you're probably just sitting there and just not changing too much in terms of viability for mythic plus and raids, it's one of the top mythical healers but it has dropped down a little bit because the tier set hasn't been too well. Restoration Shaman is in a great position in mythic in great situations, if you're looking at pure HPS it's near the bottom, the Shaman is going to stay where it is a very good healer or very decent healing spec.

- Preservation Evoker: For Evoker, your healing has been increased by two percent that is to offset the fact that Rewind has been nerfed, there are going to be more choices for talent that you're going to use as Preservation Evoker, which is probably good. The healing output of an Evoker is absolutely insane especially if you go for that healing build with Renewing Blaze or there is there are so many different combinations of talent builds, she can run in something like vortex pinnacle and you just go full healing build for that. Evoker’s healing potential is really strong if you know how to play it, in terms of pure HPS healing, there are some new builds emerging for Preservation Evoker, it is still probably going to be one of the top specs in the raid, Preservation Evoker is a very different healer from others and in terms of Mythic plus, it is a very solid healer.

- Restoration Druid: quite a few changes that are similar to Restoration Shaman, the hybrid abilities are being nerfed by Blizzard, and on top of that you can see new talent. Druids are in a good position, your HBS values are really strong, if you want to deal damage as Restoration Druid with Nature's Vigil is not going to be able to carry you as much in the next patch, in order to optimize your damages it's a lot harder than something like Preservation Evoker who has only couple of buttons in order to do their max DPS versus Restoration Druid who has a platter of abilities in order to min-max your DPS, it is a Healer that requires you to know the damage patterns in order to really get the maximum potential of your Druid, if you know how to do that you're gonna have a good time.

3. B Tier: Discipline Priest

- The change of Discipline Priest in 10.1.5 Patch is that all spell damage and ability damage has been increased by 10%. Atonement transfer has been reduced to 36% instead of 40% to compensate for the damage increase. If you're doing 26, 27, and really high keys, this Discipline Priest can actually struggle, this might have some problems when trying to meet the HBS requirement, but it is extremely fun.

4. C Tier: Holy Priest

- Holy Priests actually received quite a few changes, it does not deserve that top tier and is a little bit below others, you should play Holy Priest raids, it is actually really good in terms of what it provides, not only it's good in terms of pure HPS, it also provides some significant damage reduction. Holy Priest is one of the top-tier healers in raid and that is not going to change at 10.1.5, but the community perception of holy priest may not rise all that much.

5. D Tier: Mistweaver Monk

- There are not a lot of changes for Mistweaver Monk, Monk is one of the least played classes in the game, but if you know how to play Mistweaver Monk, you're going to have fun and a good time in M+, Mistweaver among damage and healing is absolutely comparable to some of the top healers and the thing that actually drags down Mistweaver Monk is the fact that they don't have something like blood loss in order to fill in your group's utility, which is the biggest barrier of entry to the monk in terms of raids. Actually, you can do a good amount of damage depending on which build you're running you can do a good amount of healing, monk is not in a bad position.
