How to Get Sparks of Shadowflame Fast in 10.1 Dradonflight

If you want to begin crafting powerful items in Dragonflight patch 10.1, the spark of Shadow flame is a crucial ingredient that you'll need to acquire.

in order to create one of these Sparks, you'll need to obtain and combine two different splintered Sparks of shadowflame, each week you're able to earn a single splintered Spark by completing one of the new weekly quests in patch 10.1, there are two weekly quests you can choose from a PVP Quest from militia and Valdrakken or a rep farming Quest from Mimuup in Loamm, obviously, if you're interested in PvP, you should complete that Quest because it's a nice way to kill two birds with one stone, however, for other players such as myself who don't enjoy PVP in World of Warcraft, the loamm niffen quest will be a much faster and easier alternative for obtaining your splendored spark of Shadow flame, to complete it, you'll need to obtain 1 500 rep with the loamm niffen, and if you follow these steps, you should be able to easily accomplish that in less than an hour, first, you should complete the researchers Under Fire event which will spawn once per hour in the center of the Zone, by hovering over the icon on the map, you can track the time until the event is next active, and we'd recommend getting there and waiting a few minutes in advance since you'll want to make sure you complete every single objective, if you don't see other players nearby, you can use the group finder tool to find other people actively running the event, completing all 12 stages of researchers Under Fire should only take around 15 minutes and the reward you get at the end will give you at least 750 reputation, there's also a small chance for the bag to give an additional 250 rep for a total of 1 000, but if that doesn't happen for you, don't worry, since it's not terribly important, it's worth noting that your second completion of the event each week will only reward 50 lone nif and rep, so it's not worth doing researchers Under Fire more than a single time, this event alone gets you halfway towards completing the quest.

You'll just need to find 750 rep from other sources, one great method to get you a bit of additional rep is the Sniff and seek digs offered by myrit and Loan every week, you're able to complete three digs, the first one is free, the second is unlocked by purchasing a dig map with barter bricks, and the final dig is rewarded by completing the 1.5 K rep quest that you're currently working on so that one is a bit Irrelevant for the purposes of this guide, every week you're guaranteed to get a 250 Loamm Niffen and rep token by completing Sniff and seeking digs, but it's random as to which dig will reward the rep token, if you're lucky you may not receive the token from your first two digs which means you won't be able to loot it until after you complete the weekly spark Quest, that being said the digs are really easy to complete,  a quick two out of three chance at a 250 rep token is worth your time, additionally, once you manage to reach Renown 9 with the Loamm Niffen Sniff and seeking digs will reward you with additional Quest items that can be turned in for 200 rep a piece, it'll take you some time to actually Reach This renowned level, but once you get there it makes Sniff and seeking digs extremely lucrative for obtaining Loamm Niffen and rep, for the remaining bit of reputation you'll need to turn to World quests and bonus objectives in Sarah like Cavern even if you got really unlucky with the drops from the earlier rep tokens this should be more than enough to get you 750 Loamm Niffen f and rep, each World quest to reward you with 75 reputation, and some of them even offer bonus rewards with additional rep tokens, we'd recommend doing any world quests with these bonus rewards first and then completing the dragon riding races as those are really fast and give you a nice bit of extra gold, here just complete any remaining World quests or do some of the easier bonus objectives as those are really fast and reward you with 50 rep before long you should be able to return to loam and hand in the quest to claim your splintered spark of shadowflame, as a final note, if you have yet to complete the main campaign or side quest lines in patch 10.1, we'd recommend holding on to any rep tokens that you've receive from the quest rewards, some of these tokens will give you 2.5 k rep with a Loamm Niffen which allows you to instantly complete the quest in future weeks.
