Malignant Rings are a new type of legendary Diablo 4 item in Season 2. They are class-specific rings that provide powerful bonuses to the wearer's abilities. Each Malignant Ring has a unique appearance and set of bonuses. For example, the Malignant Ring for the Barbarian increases the damage of their Whirlwind ability, while the Malignant Ring for the Sorcerer increases the damage of their Meteor ability. Malignant Rings can be found in the world, dropped by enemies, or crafted by blacksmiths. However, they are also very rare and can be difficult to find or craft. D4 Season 2 Malignant Ring List
1. Ring of Red Furor (Barbarian Unique Ring)
After spending 100 Fury within 3 seconds, your next cast of Hammer of the Ancients, Upheaval, or Death Blow is a guaranteed Critical Strike and deals 10—30% (multiplicative damage) [x] bonus Critical Strike Damage.
2.Tal Rasha's Iridescent Loop (Sorcerer Unique Ring)
For each type of Elemental damage you deal, gain 10—15%[x] increased damage for 4 seconds. Dealing Elemental damage refreshes all bonuses.
3. Airidah's Inexorable Will (Druid Unique Ring)
When casting an Ultimate Skill and again 5 seconds after, Pull in Distant enemies and deal 0.5-1.0 Physical damage to them. This damage is increased by 1%[x] per 1 point of Willpower you have.
4. Writhing Band of Trickery (Rogue Unique Ring)
Casting a Subterfuge Skill leaves behind a Decoy Trap that continuously Taunts and lures enemies. The Decoy Trap explodes after 3 seconds dealing 2.0-3.0 Shadow damage. Can occur every 12 seconds.
5. Ring of the Sacrilegious Soul (Necromancer Unique Ring)
Automatically activate the following equipped Skills on Corpses around you:
Raise Skeleton every 1-2 seconds.
Corpse Explosion every 1-2 seconds.
Corpse Tendrils every 8-16 seconds.
D4 Season 2 Best Malignant Rings
1. Ring of Red Furor (Barbarian) - Huge damage boost for Hammer of the Ancients builds, which are already very strong. Guaranteed crits and extra damage will make Barb even more powerful.
2. Tal Rasha’s Iridescent Loop (Sorcerer) - Great all-around stats and a big damage boost for multiple elements. Will empower Ball Lightning builds.
3. Ring of the Sacrilegious Soul (Necromancer) - Big power increase to corpse skills, which are core to many Necro builds. Extra essence and ranks will amplify damage.
4. Airidah’s Inexorable Will (Druid) - Useful cooldown reduction but not as directly impactful on damage as the S/A tier rings. Could enable more frequent ultimate usage.

5. Writhing Band of Trickery (Rogue) - Underwhelming special effect and trap damage may not make a huge difference. Still good generic stats but power is lacking compared to others.
How To Get Malignant Ring In Diablo 4 Season 2?
-You must summon and defeat the Echo of Varshan. This can be done on World Tier 3 or 4 in both the Seasonal and Eternal Realms.
-Varshan can be summoned at the end of the Malignant Tunnel inside the Malignant Burrow next to the Tree of Whispers in the Hawezar Region.
-In order to summon Varshan, you need certain Malignant Body Parts. These can be obtained by completing Whispers of the Dead quests and opening reward caches from the Tree of Whispers.
-The specific parts needed depend on the World Tier:
World Tier 3 requires 1x Gurgling Head, 1x Blackened Femur, 1x Trembling Hand
World Tier 4 requires the above plus 1x Malignant Heart
-Malignant Body Parts can also be refined at the Alchemist to swap out parts or obtained as drops from Grotesque Debtor elite enemies.
-Killing Grotesque Debtors guarantees a random Malignant Body Part drop and provides Grim Favors for the Tree of Whispers caches.
